AdJuice.com is a group-buying network marketing company that offers discounts at local restaurants, stores, spas and other businesses and allows people to sign up and share their savings with friends, family and extended networks. AdJuice, Inc. is a wholly owned corporation of Beyond Commerce, Inc.

AdJuice�s �Merchant Referral Model� pays $100 for every independent marketing representative (IMR) personally enrolled, and $25 goes into a Quarterly Bonus Incentive Pool. Each new AdJuice IMR is required to refer four potential merchants that he/she agrees to contact. An IMR earns 15% commission on each deal he/she negotiates with a local merchant. AdJuice takes 5% of the gross profit from all daily deals and applies it to a profit sharing pool.
