Astoria Activewear Overview
Astoria Activewear is a women's fitness and lifestyle apparel brand founded by April Nottingham in 2018. The company initially operated from Virginia Beach, Virginia, before relocating its principal business address to Miami, Florida. Official documents indicate the core company is Haute Swimwear LLC doing business as Astoria Activewear
Astoria promotes its products through a single-level Brand Ambassador and affiliate program. Participants receive personalized coupon codes and earn commissions when customers use those codes to purchase products from the Astoria website. The current program pays a base commission of 8% of qualifying sales, uses a 30-day attribution period and issues payments after an affiliate accumulates at least $50 in commissions. Participants may also receive a $78.99 store gift card after generating three qualifying sales.
The Brand Ambassador program is an affiliate-marketing agreement. Ambassadors earn commissions only from retail purchases attributed to their own links or coupon codes. The program does not provide recruiting commissions, downline overrides, generational payments, binary teams or compensation from the sales of other ambassadors. Astoria's agreement specifically states that participants are independent contractors and do not become franchisees, agents, employees or company sales representatives.
