BioPerformance was a Dallas/Irving, Texas-based network-marketing company that sold fuel-additive products in pill and powder form. Distributors promoted the fuel additive, recruited additional resellers, and built downline sales organizations. Company promotions emphasized both the product's alleged fuel-saving benefits and the income opportunity, including claims about creating large numbers of millionaires through the business.
