C1 Overview
C1, formerly and still closely associated with the Crowd1 name, is a Dubai-based digital-products and network-marketing company operated through C1 Network FZ-LLC. The company describes itself as a global platform connecting customers and affiliates with digital products and services, including gaming, travel, education, business tools, technology solutions, and mobile applications. Its current website claims more than six years of global operations, service in 185 countries, and a multi-million-member network.
The company's product offering has changed over time. Current C1 materials describe digital products and services across gaming, entertainment, travel, lifestyle, education, and technology. Specific promoted products have included Metaversy, Planet IX, Miggster, Moon Birdie, Mindoe, Tribute, and CROWD Magazine. Earlier Crowd1/C1 materials also promoted Web3, cryptocurrency, NFT, GameFi, education, travel, and digital-training products, including C1 starter packages and access to third-party product platforms.
C1 uses a network-marketing-style sales model built around customers, members, affiliates, and entrepreneurs. Its public materials state that members can use digital products personally or share them with others as affiliates, with business-building supported by training, technology, performance-based rewards, incentives, and weekly payout structures. The company describes starter packages that can include education apps, SaaS credits, CRM tools, gaming subscriptions, travel benefits, and C-Store product credits.
In March 2025, Québec's Autorité des marchés financiers warned that Crowd1 was not registered with the AMF and was not authorized to solicit investors in Québec; the AMF warning identified C1 as another business name used by Crowd1. New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority warned in June 2020 that Crowd1 and Impact Crowd Technology S.L. were not registered companies or financial service providers in New Zealand and noted warnings from other overseas regulators. Mauritius' Financial Services Commission also warned in May 2020 that Crowd1 was not licensed or regulated by the FSC and urged caution.
COMESA's Competition Commission issued a regional consumer alert in 2020 stating that Crowd1 marketed itself as a digital multilevel company and that authorities in the Philippines and Namibia had taken action, including a reported ban in Namibia and a cease-and-desist order in the Philippines. COMESA warned consumers to exercise caution when dealing with Crowd1.
