CloudZow Overview
CloudZow no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.
CloudZow was a Texas-based cloud-backup company that combined an online backup service with an MLM-style affiliate compensation plan. It launched in approximately 2012 from Allen, Texas, offering computer backup plans beginning at $5 per month. Affiliates could earn retail commissions and commissions through a seven-level unilevel organization.
CloudZow's desktop application used software supplied by Livedrive Internet Ltd. The company marketed the service under the CloudZow name while using Livedrive's backup platform.
The company initially identified Bob Wood as president and co-founder. Wood later stated that Robert Carpenter owned and controlled CloudZow, while Wood's company, Pinnacle Institute, supplied technology and back-office services.
CloudZow operated for approximately two years before Carpenter closed the business. Wood later said Carpenter had decided to take the company in a different direction.

Enrollment Options
There are no signup fees to join CloudZow as an Affiliate and no monthly fees. There is no option on the company website to enroll. New Affiliates must contact an existing Affiliate to sign up.
Compensation Plan
CloudZow Affiliates earn 10% to 30% commission on the sale of CloudZow's service to retail customers, with the percentage of commission depending on the Affiliate's rank. CloudZow has a unilevel compensation plan that pays 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 7 of an Affiliate's team. Affiliates do not have any qualification requirements to earn retail commission but must generate at least $40.00 a month in personal sales to qualify for bonuses.
