Original Npros business profile for DWG International, preserved below for archival purposes:
DWG International was a Las Vegas-based direct-selling company associated with founder Rod Yanke and best known for Dri Wash 'n Guard, a spray-on automotive cleaner that allowed vehicles to be cleaned, polished and protected without a conventional water wash. The product originated in 1990 through Enviro-Tech International, which marketed Dri Wash products through independent distributors before DWG International was incorporated in Nevada on November 13, 2000. Its product assortment expanded beyond the original waterless car wash to include tire treatments, paint-restoration products, dust removers, household surface cleaners and BodyPruf personal-care products.
DWG used a network-marketing compensation plan built around retail sales, automotive-detailing services and distributor recruitment. Entry-level Dealers purchased products at a 20% discount. Managers received a 30% discount and could earn 10% wholesale commissions on qualifying retail volume generated by Dealers in their organizations, while Directors received discounts of up to 40%. The plan also included sponsorship commissions, monthly compression and an "infinity" bonus structure. Distributors reportedly paid a $25 annual fee, and advancement was based on accumulated product volume rather than completing rank requirements within a fixed period.
The original DWG International operation ended in late 2024. Michael Yanke, the son of founder Rod Yanke, subsequently acquired the Dri Wash business, moved operations to Mesa, Arizona, and relaunched the brand in 2026 through Dri Wash Global LLC. The revived company sells directly to consumers and through conventional Dealer, Super Dealer and Legacy Partner programs rather than an MLM compensation plan. Michael Yanke has stated directly that the new operation is "not MLM" and does not use affiliate marketing. Dealers currently qualify through minimum orders of $500 or $1,500 and may receive retail discounts of up to 40%, while Legacy Partners enroll through an initial purchase of two four-bottle cases at a 30% discount.
