Empower Network was an online marketing, blogging, and internet-business training company launched in 2011 by David Wood and David Sharpe. The company was based in the St. Petersburg/Belleair Bluffs, Florida area and promoted itself as a way for entrepreneurs, home-based business owners, and small-business marketers to use blogging, content creation, direct-response marketing, and online training to generate leads and sales.
The company’s product line centered on digital marketing and training products rather than physical goods. Its offerings included a low-cost blogging platform, Inner Circle audio training, higher-priced marketing courses, live-event-style training programs, and advanced internet-marketing packages. Older public materials described product tiers that included a $25-per-month blogging system, $100-per-month Inner Circle, $500 Costa Rica Intensive, $1,000 15K Formula, and $3,500 Costa Rica Masters/Masters Retreat.
Empower Network used an affiliate-driven network-marketing-style compensation model. Affiliates bought or promoted Empower Network products, recruited new participants, used replicated marketing systems, and earned commissions from product sales. The opportunity became known for aggressive internet-marketing messaging, “all in” promotion, high-ticket digital-product upsells, event culture, and recruiting through blog posts, webinars, social media, and online lead-generation funnels.
Empower Network is no longer active as the original MLM/direct-selling company. In 2017, founder David Wood announced that the company had filed for bankruptcy, and Florida corporate records show Empower Network LLC became inactive after a withdrawal filed in November 2017.

Enrollment Options
It costs $25.00 per month to join Empower Network. In order to receive Empower Network commissions, Affiliates must sign up for an e-wallet account for an additional $19.95 per month. Affiliates can also purchase the Inner Circle Mastermind Membership, which is an ongoing audio training program for $100.00 per month, or the Costa Rica Mastermind Intensive, an 11-hour, intensive video series for a one-time fee of $500.00.
Compensation Plan
Empower Network uses a tiered commission structure. Empower Network affiliates earn 100% commissions when people sign up with Empower Network via their blog, which translates to $25.00 per month recurring commissions for anyone who purchases a basic membership. An Affiliate can earn more when someone he refers purchases another product such as the Empower Network Inner Circle. The first sale an Affiliate makes goes to him, but the 2nd, 4th, 6th and every 5th sale after that goes to his sponsor. As an Affiliate recruits people to join under them, and these people recruit others, he will continually be earning from those in his down line.
