FGXpress is no longer active as an identifiable MLM operation. Its parent company, ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation, stopped filing required SEC reports after September 30, 2018, and the SEC revoked the registration of its securities effective July 30, 2021.

FGXpress, which will launch in 2014, is the multilevel marketing distributor of PowerStrips, a patented, self-adhesive pain relieving product. PowerStrips are listed with the FDA as a Class 1 Medical Device and contain an outer layer of Germanium with an adhesive layer containing a proprietary blend of fermented Korean Red Ginseng and Marine phytoplankton in a water soluble adhesive which is safe for continuous daily uFGXpress was launched by Utah-based ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation as a simplified international direct-selling division built around products that could be shipped in small envelopes. ForeverGreen was founded by Ron Williams and had previously marketed whole-food nutrition, beverages, essential oils and personal-care products through its original MLM organization. FGXpress initially operated with a separate enrollment system and compensation plan before ForeverGreen began integrating more of its business into the Xpress model.

The flagship product was PowerStrips, an adhesive topical patch marketed for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains. ForeverGreen's SEC filings described PowerStrips as a listed Class I medical device in the United States. The company later added SolarStrips, a marine-phytoplankton nutritional product; BeautyStrips, consisting of a facial mask and serum; and Prodigy-5, a liquid nutritional shot containing vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

FGXpress used a multilevel compensation structure in which independent members purchased products, enrolled customers and recruited additional members. Historical enrollment options ranged from single packs of 18 PowerStrips to larger packages containing as many as 450 strips. Distributors could earn retail income, new-member bonuses and organization-based commissions, with the opportunity promoted internationally through a binary-style team structure. FGXpress reported exceeding 15,000 distributors by September 2013, while later promotional materials claimed customers or distributors in more than 160 countries.

ForeverGreen increasingly concentrated its business around FGXpress during the mid-2010s, but sales declined. The company reported recurring operating losses and a net capital deficiency in its audited 2018 financial statements, and its auditors raised substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. ForeverGreen subsequently failed to submit required periodic reports to the SEC after the quarter ended September 30, 2018. The SEC's 2021 order revoked the registration of all classes of ForeverGreen securities because of those reporting violations; the order addressed public-company compliance rather than the legality of FGXpress's products or compensation plan.werStrip can be used for a period of 24-48 hours.
