Fluhme Beauty is a Pittsburgh-based cosmetics company founded in 2009 by physician assistant, model and beauty entrepreneur Tiffany Fluhme. Tiffany developed the business after selling her own cosmetics while working in plastic and reconstructive medicine. Her husband, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Derrick Fluhme, was described as an early business partner. By February 2012, the company reported approximately 250 independent Beauty Artists selling its products primarily through home parties. Fluhme also established the Fluhme Foundation in 2009 to assist children and families dealing with serious illnesses; the foundation had supported five children by early 2012.

The company marketed color cosmetics, professional-grade skin care and beauty accessories. Its products included customized makeup palettes, foundations, eye shadows, eyeliners, lip and cheek colors, primers, brushes and application tools. Fluhme later introduced its Cosmeceuticals collection, described as a dermatologist-developed, medical-grade skin-care line targeting wrinkles, skin texture, moisture, elasticity and discoloration.
