ForeverGreen no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.

ForeverGreen International is no longer active as a functioning network-marketing company or business opportunity. The Utah company grew into a sizable international MLM during the 2000s and 2010s, but revenue collapsed after 2015, its public-company parent stopped maintaining SEC filings, and the SEC revoked the registration of ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation’s securities in 2021.

Original Npros business profile for ForeverGreen, preserved below for archival purposes:

ForeverGreen International was organized in Utah in 2003 and launched operations in May 2004 under founder Ronald "Ron" Williams, a former Nu Skin distributor and executive with Neways and Young Living Essential Oils. ForeverGreen originally focused on whole-food nutrition, supplements, essential oils, and personal-care products. In 2006, publicly traded Whole Living, Inc. acquired ForeverGreen and changed its name to ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation, making ForeverGreen International its wholly owned network-marketing subsidiary.

The company's best-known products included FrequenSea, a marine-phytoplankton nutritional drink; Versativa products introduced in 2011; Ketopia weight-management products; meal-replacement shakes; essential oils; and the later FGXpress line of PowerStrips, SolarStrips, and BeautyStrips. FGXpress became an important part of the company's international expansion, with PowerStrips marketed as adhesive wellness patches. ForeverGreen reported sales in more than 200 countries and territories during its peak expansion period. Revenue reached $67.1 million in 2015, then dropped to $40.3 million in 2016, $18.5 million in 2017, and just $10.2 million in 2018.

ForeverGreen used a hybrid unilevel and binary compensation plan. Each distributor participated in an Enrollment Tree with unlimited personally sponsored members and a two-leg Placement Tree for binary team volume. Members earned retail commissions, Fast Start bonuses, team commissions, rank bonuses, leadership pools, and other incentives. Historical plans required ongoing qualifying volume to remain commission-eligible; one version required at least 50 points of Personal Volume, while later plans required an active 50- or 100-QV product order. Earlier versions of the plan paid through multiple unilevel generations, and the company later introduced the X-Tribe and Starter programs to encourage members to recruit and develop personally enrolled distributors.

ForeverGreen's financial condition deteriorated substantially during the late 2010s. The company stopped making timely SEC periodic filings after its September 2018 quarterly report. In August 2020, the SEC instituted proceedings over the delinquent filings and temporarily suspended trading in ForeverGreen Worldwide stock. On July 29, 2021, the SEC formally revoked the registration of ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation's securities under Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act. The action concerned the public company's failure to comply with SEC reporting requirements, not a finding that ForeverGreen's MLM compensation plan was an illegal pyramid scheme.

The former FGXpress website remains accessible, but it is clearly legacy material: the site still promotes its 2014 Las Vegas launch, carries a 2013 copyright notice, and now contains unrelated spam links. There is no current distributor activity, updated compensation plan, current product launch schedule, or recent corporate reporting establishing an operating ForeverGreen MLM organization.
