Fuel Direct was a Minnesota-based network-marketing operation launched in 2011 as a division of NatureRich. NatureRich had been founded by longtime network marketer Mike Schlegel in 2002 and was previously known as The Master's Miracle. Schlegel was identified as Fuel Direct's founder, while Randy Teinert served as CEO of both NatureRich and Fuel Direct. The business was also promoted as Fuel Direct 365 and operated through replicated distributor websites at FuelDirect365.com.

Fuel Direct's primary product was XP3 Extra Power Fuel Enhancer, a concentrated additive for gasoline and diesel engines. The company promoted XP3 as a biodegradable formulation that improved combustion, fuel economy, engine power, lubricity and fuel stability while reducing corrosion, deposits and harmful emissions. Fuel Direct also sold XP3 products for commercial vehicles and industrial equipment. The company exhibited XP3 at the 2013 SEMA Show, where it promoted a distributor program and offered attendees a 23% product discount. These performance statements were company marketing claims rather than findings established by a government agency.

The Fuel Direct opportunity used a matrix-based network-marketing structure. Historical promotional materials described a one-time enrollment purchase that included enough XP3 to treat approximately 36 tanks of fuel, a replicated distributor website and no required monthly autoship. One version of the program paid a $300 commission, a $50 fuel card and additional product after a participant personally enrolled two people and helped those recruits enroll two more, producing a six-person organization. Distributors could also sell XP3 directly to retail and commercial customers. Reliable company-wide earnings figures and a formal income disclosure statement were not identified.

Fuel Direct continued to be promoted with NatureRich through at least 2015 but later ceased operating under its original name. No formal shutdown announcement or acquisition date was identified. Randy and Cathy Teinert subsequently launched Revii Life Global in 2016 and Xtreme MarketPlace Global, now MarketPlace Global, in 2022. The current MarketPlace Global operation sells MPG X-Caps, Trucker Crumbs and other automotive products through Independent Sales Representatives. Its enrollment program charges a $29.95 annual membership fee and offers fuel-product kits ranging from $199.95 to $339.95, with rank qualifications tied to sponsoring one representative on the left and one on the right. The continuity of leadership and fuel-product offerings makes MarketPlace Global a related successor operation, although it does not use the Fuel Direct name.
