Global Resorts Network no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.

Global Resorts Network was a travel-membership and network-marketing company founded by Alfonso "Al" Morales and Charles "Chuck" Tomlin. The Arizona company was formed on September 19, 2006, and officially launched its business opportunity on March 1, 2007. Morales brought experience selling timeshare properties in Arizona, California, and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. He and Tomlin created Global Resorts Network as an alternative to conventional timeshare ownership.

The company sold access to the Gold Crown Resort travel club through independent representatives. Members could search for resort availability online or contact customer service for assistance. Global Resorts Network marketed access to more than 5,000 resort properties worldwide, including condominium-style accommodations in the United States and international destinations. The program was sold as a travel club rather than ownership in a particular resort property.

Global Resorts Network initially offered two membership levels. The Gold membership cost $1,495 and provided three years of travel-club access. The Platinum membership cost $2,995, remained valid for 100 years, and could be transferred to the member's heirs. Resort stays were generally promoted at weekly rates ranging from $298 to $699, without the annual maintenance fees associated with traditional timeshares. Membership prices and benefits changed during the company's later years.

Global Resorts Network used a compensation program called Perpetual Leverage. Representatives earned commissions by selling Gold and Platinum travel memberships and could also qualify for commissions generated by membership sales deeper within their organizations. A Gold membership sale paid as much as $500, while a qualified Platinum membership sale paid $1,000. The plan required representatives to qualify at successive organizational levels before receiving commissions from those levels. Certain qualifying commissions passed upward to the sponsor, while the representative retained the customer or recruited seller within the organization. Once qualified, representatives could earn from membership sales across an organization of unlimited width and depth.
