Golden Moor no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company. Last update Sunday, June 28, 2026

Golden Moor appears to have ended as an operating direct-sales/affiliate wellness company, and its founder Marc Saint-Onge later resurfaced through the much more controversial Black Oxygen Organics / BOO fulvic-acid MLM. Golden Moor Inc. was an Ontario-based moor mud / humic-fulvic health and spa-products company. The CSE profile says it began in 1987, founded by Marc Saint-Onge of Ottawa, who initially mixed ingredients at home and later secured extraction rights to a bog in Casselman, Ontario. It listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange in December 2010 under symbol MUD.

Golden Moor had a direct-sales/affiliate element. A 2013 company filing says the Golden Moor brand launched in 1994, opened a 5,000-square-foot manufacturing plant, began selling directly to consumers in 1998, and implemented a “full-fledged affiliate program” through an online web interface in 2007.

In 2013, Saint-Onge effectively exited control. Golden Moor announced a change of control in which Sunrae Environmental LLC purchased 73,110,000 shares from Marc Saint-Onge, about 71.26% of the company. Michael Schieck became president, CEO, and director, with a new management team installed. Golden Moor later became delisted on the CSE.

fter Golden Moor, Saint-Onge became associated with Black Oxygen Organics, an MLM selling fulvic/humic products derived from peat/bog material. Health Canada recalled BlackOxygen tablets and powder in September 2021 due to potential health risks and because the products were being promoted for unauthorized uses. The FTC sent BlackOxygen a November 2021 cease-and-desist demand addressed through Marc Saint-Onge as CEO, saying BlackOxygen business-opportunity participants were making unlawful COVID-19 treatment/prevention claims.

The FDA then advised consumers in December 2021 not to use Black Oxygen Organics Fulvic Care Powder or Tablets because FDA testing found elevated levels of lead and arsenic; the FDA also noted the firm’s website was no longer in service.

Original Npros business profile for Golden Moor, preserved below for archival purposes:

Golden Moor was founded in 1987 by Marc Saint-Onge (of Ottawa) in his home, using a a washing machine to mix ingredients. After searching 63 bogs, Marc discovered a bog in Casselman, for which he established a 25-year contract for extraction rights. Golden Moor mud is said to be extracted from a bog in Casselman Canada, and retains a high quality due to high levels of humic acids. Humic acids aid in preventing arthritic and rheumatic pain and give the body a sense of well-being. Many Moor properties are present across Europe and Asia, however pollution has rendered them unuseable, resulting in the importing of foreign Moor, in order to supply the demand.
