HUZO was an Irvine, California-based internet entertainment and shopping portal promoted around 2009–2012. The company branded itself as an “Entertainment 3.0” platform offering subscribers access to movies, games, music, and e-books, and was listed in MLM/direct-sales directories during its prelaunch period. Leadership included founder and CEO Terrell Samuels, co-founder and COO Steven/Omid Azizi, and co-founder and CTO Mike Rou.

The original HUZO opportunity no longer appears active. Public records and archived business profiles suggest the company never developed into a long-running MLM operation, and Samuels’ later biographical materials state that Huzo was sold in 2012. The HUZO trademark filing was abandoned in 2012, and the huzo.com domain no longer presents an entertainment platform, customer site, or distributor enrollment opportunity.
