K&K Designs was a Virginia-based direct-selling company founded in July 2010 by Kathleen "Katy" Cohen and Kristin Melton. Operating from Henrico, Virginia, the company specialized in removable vinyl wall art and personalized gifts. Its products included decorative wall "Klings," monograms, signs, drinkware, dishes, vehicle decals, sports-themed products and other customized household and gift items.

The company sold its products through independent representatives called "Konsultants," who took customer orders, hosted home parties and recruited new representatives. A historical company profile described K&K Designs as a direct-sales organization comparable to Avon and reported that its field grew from 27 representatives to 504 during 2012. The company later reported more than 540 independent Konsultants operating across 48 states and annual trailing revenue of approximately $500,000. Archived consultant promotions offered entry into the business for less than $30, although a complete public compensation plan documenting commission percentages and team bonuses was not located.

K&K Designs sought outside capital to finance its growth and reduce product costs through larger-scale purchasing. The leadership group included Cohen as president and co-founder, Melton as executive vice president of sales and co-founder, and former pharmacist Michelle Brann as managing partner. Despite its rapid early expansion, the business did not develop into a large national direct-selling company.
