Latasia / www.latasia.com appears to have been acquired and absorbed by UndercoverWear, and the original Latasia standalone direct-sales opportunity is no longer active.

Latasia was a Rhode Island-based jewelry and lingerie party-plan / direct-sales company. A 2011 company release described Latasia as a home-party jewelry and lingerie company, with consultants selling through social events and earning up to 45% commission, plus bonuses, trips, and prizes. It also said the company was a Direct Selling Association member and used www.latasia.com as its website.

The major change came on October 1, 2013, when UndercoverWear Inc. acquired the assets of Latasia & Co. The purchase included Latasia’s sales consultants, jewelry line, website, and brand. UndercoverWear said roughly 1,000 Latasia sales consultants were expected to join its sales force, and that the Latasia brand would continue as “Latasia by UndercoverWear.”
