Legacy USA was a nutritional-supplement multilevel marketing company established during the late 1990s as the consumer sales and marketing subsidiary of DCV, Inc. DCV originated in 1988 as DuPont ConAgra Vision, a biotechnology venture formed by DuPont and ConAgra. In August 1997, DCV management and Windward Capital acquired the business from the two corporate partners, after which DCV operated as an independent biotechnology research company. Legacy USA was created to distribute DCV's consumer nutrition products through network marketing.

The company's principal product was BioChoice Immune Support, a powdered dietary supplement containing Egcel ACF, an ingredient produced from specially treated eggs, together with vitamins, minerals, proteins and amino acids. A January 21, 1999 company announcement stated that DCV had invested nearly $50 million in developing the technology and controlled more than 100 related patents. Those research, immune-support and efficacy statements were company claims rather than independent regulatory findings.

Legacy USA sold BioChoice through independent distributors who earned income from personal product sales and could recruit and develop additional distributors. Contemporary recruiting materials emphasized early placement, leadership recruitment and building a sales organization before the company's planned national rollout in August 1999. Legacy USA also formed a marketing alliance with network-marketing trainer Mark Yarnell and his 21st Century Global Network. The surviving public materials confirm a multilevel commission structure based on personal and downline sales, but they do not establish whether the plan used a binary, matrix, unilevel or stair-step configuration.

Legacy USA is no longer active under that name. In July 2001, Arkion Life Sciences was formed to acquire DCV's Life Sciences Group, including its intellectual property and more than 400 patents and patent applications. The related hyperimmune whole-egg product category later continued through Legacy for Life, which marketed the i26 supplement. Youngevity International acquired certain Legacy for Life assets and its Taiwan and Hong Kong subsidiaries effective September 1, 2016.
