Legacy International Health Solutions was an Oakland, California-based network-marketing company that launched in 1998 with exclusive MLM distribution rights for Sir Jason Winters Tea in the United States and Puerto Rico. Contemporary promotional material described the October 1 launch as the introduction of an established herbal-product line that had already been sold internationally for more than 20 years. Legacy operated from an Oakland address and used CancerKiller.com as its principal company and product website.

The company's primary product was Sir Jason Winters Tea, an herbal tea associated with Winters' book and personal account of surviving cancer. Legacy promotions also referred more broadly to a consumable product line and claimed that Sir Jason Winters products had an existing distributor base in Malaysia, South Korea, and the Philippines.
