LIFE FORCE INTERNATIONAL no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.

Life Force no longer operates as a separate public-facing MLM opportunity. In June 2024, the company announced that it was becoming “powered by” Youngevity and stated that Life Force products and distributor downlines would remain intact. Youngevity’s current store lists Life Force as one of its product brands and maintains a dedicated Life Force section. Life Force International was founded in San Diego in 1984 by Wayne and Gerri Hillman. The business initially operated as Doctor's Signature Sales and Marketing International Corporation, which remained its underlying legal name. The company's origin story centered on a liquid nutritional formula developed for Gerri Hillman, which evolved into the flagship Body Balance product. Life Force later developed into a family-owned nutritional-products manufacturer and international direct-selling company serving the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The company's best-known product was Body Balance, a liquid whole-food supplement containing botanical, mineral and sea-vegetable ingredients. Its broader product line included Body Balance Singles To Go, Vitali-C Plus, OsteoProCare, OsteOmegaCare, FlexeoPlus, AminoCharge, TrueGreens, TruBoost, SunSet, SunBright, DreamAway, Taheebo, Colloidal Silver, Colon Cleanse, Intestinal Tone and various weight-management and sports-nutrition packages. Selected Life Force products remain available, including Body Balance, VitalStart and Recharge Recovery.

Life Force sold its products through independent members who could earn retail profit, acquire customers and recruit additional members. Its historical compensation structure was a compressed unilevel MLM plan rather than a binary or matrix system. A 2015 plan paid qualified sponsors a 55% Fast Start Bonus on first orders of up to 224 business-volume points. Monthly residual commissions extended through three compressed levels; an Associate 3 maintaining a 95-BV autoship could earn 5% on the first level, 40% on the second and 10% on the third.

The plan's Infinity Bonus began on the fourth level and paid qualified ranks from 2% at Bronze to 14% at Diamond. One Star Diamond and higher ranks could participate in a Generational Power Bonus funded with 12% of qualifying company business volume, while qualifying Three Star Diamond and Crown Diamond members participated in separate 2% and 3% revenue-sharing pools.
