Marketplace Global (MPG) Review and Profile

MarketPlace Global, originally promoted as Xtreme MarketPlace Global, XtremeMPG and MPGXtreme, is a Minnesota-based health and wellness network marketing company founded by Randy and Cathy Teinert in 2022. The company's policies became effective August 1, 2022, and it began building its Independent Sales Representative organization during that period. MarketPlace Global operates from a combined corporate, manufacturing and fulfillment facility at 9060 Zachary Lane in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Randy Teinert serves as CEO and brings several decades of business and manufacturing experience to the company. Randy and Cathy previously acquired and operated Revii Life Global, another Minnesota direct-selling company focused on nutritional, personal-care, home-care and automotive products.

MarketPlace Global initially offered a broad assortment of products, including wellness products and automotive fuel-treatment products, but its current catalog is concentrated primarily on nutritional supplements, functional beverages, weight-management products and general wellness formulations. Current products include pHix, pHit, VeraCell, Pro-Active Greens, Emulin5, NZ Fulvic and Core Immunity, along with additional nutritional and coffee products. The company manufactures and packages a number of products at its Maple Grove facility and has invested in single-serving "snap" packaging technology that allows liquid supplements to be dispensed from small fold-and-snap sachets. MarketPlace Global currently ships its pHix product to markets including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and several African countries.

MarketPlace Global operates a binary multilevel compensation plan through Independent Sales Representatives, or ISRs. Representatives can earn retail customer bonuses, Fast Start bonuses, binary Team Commissions, Executive Check Match commissions and participation in a 1% Diamond Bonus Pool. Under the 2025 compensation plan, an ISR needs at least 50 monthly Qualifying Volume to maintain commission eligibility. Bronze rank requires personally sponsoring one active ISR on each binary team. Team commissions are generated in 100-CV cycles on the left and right sides, paying $10 per cycle at Bronze, $15 at Silver and $20 at Gold and above. Weekly Team Commission caps range from $400 at Bronze to as much as $30,000 at Crown Diamond.
