Mialisia was a Provo, Utah-based jewelry direct-sales company launched around 2013. The company sold patent-pending VersaStyle interchangeable jewelry through Independent Designers, home parties, online sales, and personal customer relationships, positioning its pieces as modular jewelry that could be worn in multiple combinations and styles.

In 2015, Youngevity International acquired certain assets of Mialisia & Co., LLC, including assets tied to the distributor organization, customer relationships, trademarks, and trade name. Mialisia was integrated into Youngevity’s broader direct-selling platform, but the original mialisia.com opportunity no longer appears to operate as a standalone MLM. Prior to launching Mialisia, the company’s founder sold over $1 million in jewelry at craft shows, fairs, and online during a period of 3 years. Due to the jewelry’s popularity she could no longer sustain the business from her home, and reorganized it into a home party-plan company.
