Miche Bag was an interchangeable-handbag company originally developed by Michelle Romero and Annette Cavaness after Romero created a prototype for a purse with a removable exterior shell. The company was formed in 2005 and later launched commercially from Salt Lake City, Utah, selling magnetic base bags and interchangeable shells that allowed customers to change the appearance of a handbag without moving its contents. Miche's product line included Petite, Classic, Demi, and Prima base bags, decorative shells, handles, wallets, organizers, coin purses, and related fashion accessories.

Miche operated as a direct-selling company through representatives, home parties, demonstration events, trade shows, online sales, and select retail locations. The company promoted an independent-representative opportunity and used a party-plan / MLM-style compensation structure that included retail commissions and sponsorship commissions on downline sales. Miche's original U.S. direct-selling operation closed in 2016. The brand later returned through a Miche Lives revival after former representatives and related partners acquired Miche's patents and trademarks in 2021.
