O3World was a weight-management brand launched in August 2008 by ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation, a Utah-based nutritional-products MLM founded by network-marketing executive Ron Williams. The brand was promoted through MyO3World.org and replicated distributor websites under the MyO3World name. It was not a separate corporate company; O3World operated as a specialized product division within ForeverGreen's broader direct-selling organization.

The original O3World line consisted of FORM, FIXX and FIBE. FORM was sold as a pre-meal capsule intended to create a feeling of fullness, FIXX was a powdered meal-replacement and energy drink, and FIBE was marketed as a natural alternative to FORM. A later product called FILL was also added to the weight-management line. ForeverGreen distributors demonstrated and promoted the products through personal presentations, videos, DVDs and individualized online storefronts.

O3World distributors participated in ForeverGreen's multilevel compensation program rather than a separate O3World plan. Members could earn retail profits from product sales and additional commissions based on sales volume generated by personally sponsored members and larger distributor organizations.
