What is the Olive Tree Garden Compensation Plan?

Olive Tree People operates through independent representatives called Waterless Beauty Consultants. Consultants pay $50 for a digital enrollment kit that includes a personalized website, training, marketing tools, sales reports, and access to the companyââ'¬â"¢s online business system. Product purchases and starter collections are optional at enrollment. Consultants receive a 25% personal product discount and can earn retail commissions ranging from 25% to 35% on customer purchases. The compensation plan also includes Fast Start Bonuses paid through three enrollment levels at 20%, 10%, and 7.5%, Team Growth Bonuses, unilevel commissions, rank-advancement bonuses, customer loyalty volume, and participation in a monthly revenue-sharing pool for consultants who reach the Black Olive Star rank or higher. Consultants qualify for certain team commissions by generating required personal and customer sales volume, enrolling consultants, and developing sales organizations across multiple levels. Olive Tree People therefore operates as a multilevel-marketing company rather than a single-level retail or affiliate program.

Legal and Regulatory:

In December 2024, the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council referred Olive Tree People to the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General after the company failed to respond to an inquiry concerning social-media earnings claims. The challenged posts promoted financial freedom, full-time or replacement income, substantial earnings, and incentive trips without evidence that those results were typical.
