Original Npros business profile for Omnitrition Internationa, Inc., preserved below for archival purposes:
Omnitrition is still active as a product brand, but the old Omnitrition MLM/direct-selling operation is no longer being presented in the same form on Omnitrition.com. The current site says Omnitrition entered a "new chapter" in 2026 under physician ownership and continues selling the same core nutritional formulas. Its current public program is framed around retail ecommerce and Authorized Wholesale Partners, with 25% or 50% wholesale discounts, approved resale channels, optional drop-shipping, and a one-time 10% referral fee for referring another approved wholesale partner.
The legacy company was a long-running nutritional-supplement MLM/direct-selling company founded in 1989, with Roger M. Daley and Barbara Daley listed in BBB business-management records. BBB lists the business start date as October 1, 1989, and the business incorporation date as June 29, 2001.
Its major legal history is Webster v. Omnitrition International, Inc., the 1996 Ninth Circuit case that became one of the most cited MLM pyramid-scheme cases. The court described Omnitrition as a company operating a "multi level marketing" program selling nutritional supplements, vitamins, and skin-care products through Independent Marketing Associates. The Ninth Circuit did not make a final trial finding that Omnitrition was a pyramid scheme, but it reversed summary judgment in significant part and held that there were triable issues of fact on the pyramid-scheme allegations
