Perfectly Posh Review and Profile

Perfectly Posh is a Salt Lake City, Utah-based skincare, bath, body, hair, and self-care company originally launched in 2011 by Ann Dalton and Andrew McBride. The company became known for naturally based, USA-made personal-care products sold through a direct-sales / party-plan model using independent consultants. The current Perfectly Posh brand remains active through ecommerce and an Advocate-based sales program, with products sold through perfectlyposh.com and business-opportunity materials presented through theperfectlyposh.com.

The original Perfectly Posh company experienced major financial and legal disruption after Dalton's 2019 departure. Federal court records state that the predecessor company later ceased shipping orders, became insolvent, sold its inventory to Innov8tive, and became an expired Utah entity. Dalton obtained an approximately $1.25 million default judgment against the original company and later alleged that LaCore Enterprises and Terry LaCore relaunched the brand in Texas through another entity, Perfectly Posh TX. The current brand is active, but the original corporate entity is best treated as defunct or replaced by a successor/relaunch structure.

Perfectly Posh products include lotions, soaps, massage balms, fragrances, lip glosses and balms, body butters and shea butter. Perfectly Posh products are not tested on animals and do not contain parabens, animal bi-products, gluten, or soy.
