PM International Overview
PM-International was founded in 1993 by Rolf Sorg and is headquartered in Schengen, Luxembourg. The company began in cosmetics and later became best known for FitLine, its health, fitness, wellness, and beauty product brand. Its product positioning centers on nutritional supplements, skin care, and the company's Nutrient Transport Concept, with FitLine promoted through sports partnerships and independent product testing.
PM-International remains active as one of the largest direct-selling companies in Europe and one of the larger global companies in the MLM/direct-selling industry. In 2025, the company reported annual sales of more than $4 billion, and its products were delivered to customers in more than 100 countries. PM-International has also reported more than 1 billion FitLine products sold worldwide and promotes FitLine through partnerships with athletes, sports organizations, and associations including the ATP Tour and multiple national sports federations.
The company continues to use a network-marketing/direct-selling model built around independent Team Partners. Current materials reference sponsor assignments, downline customer data, commission payments, career levels in the PM-International Marketing Plan, distributor numbers, turnover and sales statistics, and compliance monitoring for Team Partners who have earned commissions or sponsored new distributors. Industry coverage also describes PM-International's business as driven by hundreds of thousands of distribution partners across more than 45 countries.
PM-International's current opportunity includes retail selling, team-building, rank advancement, and distributor incentive programs. In January 2026, the company increased onboarding training bonuses from $50 to $60 and raised the average point value of products by 3.3%. In March 2026, it also upgraded its Car Incentive Program, increasing car-program bonuses by up to 50% through an initial worldwide investment of about $9.3 million.
PM-International's regulatory history includes a California Proposition 65 case filed in 2018 by Environmental Research Center, Inc. against P.M. International Nutrition and Cosmetics, Inc., PM-International USA LLC, PM-International Logistics Center America, LLC, and PM-International AG. The case alleged failure to provide required California warnings for lead and/or cadmium exposure involving FitLine ProShape All-In-1 Mousse au Chocolat and FitLine ProShape All-In-1 Bourbon Vanilla. The case settled on February 7, 2019, with warning-related injunctive relief, a $7,710 civil penalty, $32,829 in attorney fees and costs, and total payments of $40,539; judgment was entered June 1, 2019. PM-International's regulatory history also includes inclusion of PM-International AG on the FTC's October 2021 Notices of Penalty Offenses recipient list concerning money-making opportunities and endorsements/testimonials, and inclusion of PM-International AG, PM-International Nutrition & Cosmetics Inc., and PM-International USA LLC on the FTC's April 2023 Notice of Penalty Offenses recipient list concerning substantiation of product claims. The FTC states that inclusion on those notice lists is not an indication that a company has done anything wrong.
