Q Sciences no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.
The company faced advertising scrutiny in 2021 when the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council reviewed social-media claims suggesting that Q Sciences products could improve immunity, address pain and inflammation, or protect consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic. DSSRC also questioned an earnings representation promoting “full-time income” through the company’s opportunity. After Q Sciences did not provide a substantive response, DSSRC referred the matter to the Federal Trade Commission and the Utah Attorney General’s Office on September 28, 2021.

Q Sciences is a Utah-based nutritional supplement company founded by former NFL quarterback and real estate developer Marc Wilson in 2012. The company marketed micronutrients, collagen products, oral sprays, probiotics, fitness supplements, topical creams, hemp products and other wellness products through a network of independent representatives. Its former multilevel compensation plan included 16 affiliate ranks, retail commissions, group-volume requirements, residual compensation and rank-achievement bonuses.
Q Sciences experienced a significant restructuring during 2024. In February, Q Sciences and Awakend announced a strategic partnership that was expected to combine operations spanning 27 markets, more than 55 products and a combined network of nearly 100,000 representatives. Awakend withdrew from the proposed arrangement in April 2024 after stating that information uncovered during due diligence, along with differences in business practices and corporate direction, made the partnership unworkable. The transaction was therefore not completed.
Later in 2024, Q Sciences discontinued its former full-scale network-marketing compensation structure and repositioned itself as a direct-to-consumer e-commerce company with a simplified affiliate program. The current public affiliate offer pays a 10% commission on products purchased through an affiliate link or coupon code. The company's legal terms also refer to Affiliates and Pro Affiliates, but Q Sciences no longer publicly promotes the former 16-rank MLM plan, group-volume qualifications or large residual-income bonuses.

2. Preferred Customer â€" Preferred customers can enjoy wholesale pricing with an active monthly Autoship order. The package doesn't require a membership fee while allowing members to qualify for the AMOR program and earn points which they can redeem for other products.
3. Independent Business Owner â€" For the Q Sciences Independent Business Owner, IBOs will need to pay a $99.95 business enrollment fee. As a result, they can qualify for the AMOR program and redeem points for products. Members of this package also get business tools, marketing resources, and notifications on discounts and special offers.

Qx eXponential Infinity Plan: Through the infinity plan, representatives earn a retail sales profit, a $50 Team of 3 bonus, 2% Power 30 Bonus Pool, Unilevel Commissions, and 20% Customer Sales Bonus.
GOLD members (Q 40k) are eligible for the Car Program/Debt Reduction, which pays $500 or 75% of a qualifying credit card debt.
