Resorts 360 Vacation Club was a Washington-based travel membership and network-marketing company founded by Roger Rutter around 2008. The company operated from Yelm, Washington, and marketed access to discounted resort accommodations through independent representatives. Resorts 360 announced on April 30, 2015, that internet marketer Jeff Mills had acquired the business from Rutter. The company continued promoting memberships for a period after the ownership change, but its former website is now unavailable and there is no current membership enrollment, representative program, or functioning travel-booking platform.

The Resorts 360 membership provided access to a network the company described as containing more than 4,000 resort properties, primarily one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominium-style accommodations. Members could search destinations through an online reservation system and request assistance from personal concierges for custom itineraries, multi-destination vacations, cruises, safari tours, mountain excursions, and other specialized travel. Resorts 360 sold access to travel discounts rather than ownership interests in individual resorts.

Resorts 360 used a network-marketing compensation plan built around the sale of vacation-club memberships. An early version of the program charged $398 for a one-year membership, followed by a $259 annual renewal fee, and paid representatives a $200 commission when a referred customer purchased a qualifying travel package.
