Stiforp launched in 2011 under founder and CEO Nauder Khazan, a longtime network-marketing executive who also founded AliveMax. The company's name is "profits" spelled backward. Unlike traditional MLM companies built around nutritional supplements, cosmetics, or household products, Stiforp sold online marketing tools and training to people involved in network marketing and home-based businesses.

The Stiforp platform included lead-capture pages, autoresponders, contact-management tools, traffic rotators, video presentations, conference-call services, marketing training, and other tools intended to help members promote outside business opportunities. Stiforp positioned itself as a support platform for network marketers rather than as a conventional consumer-product company.

The company grew rapidly after launch. By September 2011, Stiforp reported approximately 184,000 registrations and about 17,600 paid subscribers. These figures were company-reported and were not independently audited.

Stiforp operated a multilevel compensation plan built around a 2-by-14 forced matrix and a separate personal enrollment organization. Historical pricing included a monthly option with a $40 enrollment fee followed by $9.95 per month, and an annual option with a $50 enrollment fee plus $99 for one year of membership.

Members earned a $25 Fast Start Bonus for each personally enrolled paid member, along with additional commissions on second- and third-level enrollments. The plan also included Powerline Bonuses, matrix commissions, matching bonuses, and Infinity Overrides for higher-ranking distributors.

Stiforp's compensation structure centered heavily on paid memberships. Participants bought access to the company's marketing platform and earned commissions by enrolling additional paying members into the same system. Unlike a product-based MLM, Stiforp did not rely on a separate retail line of supplements, cosmetics, household goods, or other consumer merchandise.

The company promoted potential matrix earnings ranging from approximately $2,047.50 at the basic distributor level to as much as $8,191.50 at higher qualification levels. Matching bonuses extended through five enrollment levels at rates of 50%, 20%, 10%, 5%, and 3%, depending on rank and qualification.
