Stream Cosmetics is no longer active as a direct-selling company or business opportunity. The brand was closely tied to Luminess, which remains active as a conventional cosmetics company.

Stream Cosmetics was a Texas-based direct-selling cosmetics company created by Pershant "Sean" Mehta, founder of Luminess. The Stream Cosmetics brand was in commercial use by 2007, and Stream Cosmetics, LLC was organized in Texas in 2009. The company operated from Stafford, Texas, and used Mehta's airbrush makeup technology as the foundation for a home-party and independent consultant business.
The product line included airbrush makeup systems, foundations, blushes, bronzers, eye shadows, shimmers, primers, spray tanning systems, tanning solutions, compressors, applicators, and related accessories. Consultants sold through home parties, personal sales, and personalized websites. Starter kits were approximately $50, and consultants could earn roughly 20% to 50% retail profit, with additional bonuses tied to team development and leadership.
By 2010, Stream Cosmetics had a formal corporate and field-support structure, with Mehta serving as President and CEO, Devonie Kemp as Marketing Director, and Courtney Pell as National Recruiter. Stream Cosmetics operated alongside Luminess rather than replacing it: Stream focused on independent consultants and direct selling, while Luminess grew primarily through television, direct-response marketing, e-commerce, and conventional consumer sales.
The Stream Cosmetics direct-selling program was eventually discontinued. Its Texas corporate entity was voluntarily dissolved, streamcosmetics.com no longer operates as a consultant or company website, and its federal trademarks were later canceled. Luminess, however, remains active and continues to sell airbrush cosmetics, skincare, and related beauty products directly to consumers.

Enrollment Options
There is a $50.00 registration fee to join Stream Cosmetics as an Independent Distributor. The starter kit contains information about the company, its founder, its products, earnings opportunity, sales aids and more. Distributors are not required to purchase merchandise or carry inventory to start.
Compensation Plan
Stream Cosmetics Independent Distributors earn 20-40% commission on the sales of products from their personal website, or may choose to purchase inventory from the company and sell it at retail for a profit. Distributors also earn on their customers' automatic replenishment orders and 4% to 24% commission on the sales of distributors they sponsor. The Stream compensation plan also includes cash bonuses, leadership pool, and other rewards.
