Original Npros business profile for SUPERLIFE, preserved below for archival purposes:

SuperLife, also marketed under the SupraLife name, was a San Diego-based network-marketing company operated by Soaring Eagle Ventures. The business sold nutritional supplements and personal-care products built around its "Toddy" product line. Trademark records show Soaring Eagle Ventures filing for the Rain Forest Toddy name in November 1995 and for a nutritional supplement called Magic Bullet in October 1997. John F. Wilson II served as president and chief executive officer of SupraLife International from 1996 through 1998.

In 1997, Soaring Eagle Ventures expanded internationally through an arrangement involving Vital International Ltd., a British network-marketing company. The combined European operation was subsequently presented under the SupraLife International name, with offices and distributor activity in the United Kingdom and continental Europe.

The company's products included Mineral Toddy, Cal Toddy, Rainforest Toddy, Ultra Body Toddy and Kids Toddy, along with supplements sold under names such as EQ Factor, Total Recall and Pro Flow. Its directory listings categorized the broader product line as nutritional supplements, personal-care products and household products.

SuperLife used a multilevel network-marketing structure in which independent distributors earned income from product sales and from organizations of recruited distributors. The program included rank advancement and leadership levels. One former company biography stated that distributor James Bronner reached the five-star leadership rank after building an organization of approximately 800 distributors in less than six months. A complete surviving compensation plan with verified commission percentages was not located.

The company became involved in a major dispute with veterinarian and nutritional-product promoter Joel Wallach, who had been one of Soaring Eagle's most prominent distributors and shareholders. According to a contemporaneous account reproduced in Wallach's book, an American Arbitration Association panel ruled on December 17, 1998, that SupraLife had wrongfully terminated Wallach's distributorship and violated its distributor agreement. The panel awarded Wallach $230,000 in damages.

The original SuperLife/SupraLife organization subsequently declined and ceased operating as an identifiable standalone network-marketing company. An MLM industry directory recorded Supra/Life Soaring Eagle Ventures as dropped effective January 1, 2005. Toddy.com no longer presents a functioning company website and currently returns a server error. The exact formal dissolution or final operating date was not identified in public records.
