Team National no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.

Team National is no longer operating as an independent MLM. Its business and distributor network were absorbed by ACN in January 2022. The former BiN/BigN.com website no longer presents an operating company or marketplace.

Team National was founded in Florida in 1997 by Richard "Dick" Loehr and later led by his daughter, Angela Loehr Chrysler. The company sold membership-based access to discounts and factory-direct pricing rather than concentrating on a conventional proprietary product line. Members could obtain savings on furniture, jewelry, financial services, telecommunications, travel, automotive services, health products and other goods and services across more than 20 industries. Its Big N Marketplace also connected members and distributors with participating online retailers.

Team National offered a two-year household membership for $795 and a lifetime Premium or Business membership for $2,195. The higher-priced membership extended benefits to additional family members, a business and as many as five employees. These prices remained unchanged for much of the company's operating history.

Independent representatives, known as Independent Marketing Directors, sold memberships and recruited other representatives into a multilevel sales organization. Compensation included commissions and bonuses connected to personal membership sales and sales generated by the representative's downline. The company grew into one of the larger U.S. direct-selling businesses: it reported $659 million in 2016 revenue and more than 475,000 customers and distributors in 2017. Direct Selling News later placed Team National at No. 20 on its Global 100 list with $651 million in 2019 net sales.

Team National announced a new business relationship with ACN on January 4, 2022, and then ceased operating as a separate direct-selling company. ACN incorporated Team National's representatives and essential-service offerings into its own telecommunications, energy and household-services MLM. Former Team National representatives were given an opportunity to transition to ACN rather than continue under a separate Team National compensation plan.

ACN initially maintained savings benefits for former Team National members through an ACN Perks portal. ACN later stated in responses to BBB complaints that it announced the discontinuation of that program on November 3, 2023. ACN also confirmed that Team National had ceased operations in January 2022 and that refund requests involving the former company could not be processed by ACN. The termination of ACN Perks effectively ended the continuing discount benefit associated with many former Team National memberships, including memberships originally marketed as lifetime plans.
