Original Npros business profile for URI International, preserved below for archival purposes:

URI International was founded in Cedar City, Utah, by David Uri LeBaron and began operations in 2002. The company specialized in concentrated whole-food nutrition and built much of its identity around LeBaron's proprietary low-temperature drying process, marketed as InstaFresh. URI promoted the process as a way to convert fresh fruits, vegetables, greens, and juices into powdered nutritional concentrates while limiting heat exposure. Mandy LeBaron served as president, while David Uri LeBaron was identified by company materials as founder and CEO.

The company's flagship product was The Feast, a powdered whole-food nutritional drink containing concentrated fruits, vegetables, greens, and other plant ingredients. The product line also included The Feast Super Charged, Sweet Careet, Beyond Berries, MultiMeal protein products, targeted nutritional supplements, weight and fitness products, and personal-care items. URI registered federal trademarks for The Feast, The Feast Super Charged, and Sweet Careet during the late 2000s.

URI sold its products through independent distributors using a multilevel compensation plan. Distributor enrollment was promoted at $9.95, with retail commissions and additional compensation tied to personally sponsored members and organizational sales. The plan included Fast Start commissions, a 25% matching bonus on personally sponsored members, leadership overrides, an Infinity Bonus, leadership bonus pools, and a global incentive pool. Company promotional material described the compensation plan as paying approximately 50% of commissionable volume across its various components.

By 2009, URI International was operating alongside Nuriche, another Cedar City nutrition MLM using similar whole-food products and manufacturing resources. URI International, Nuriche LLC, and Michael D. Mansfield were named together as defendants in a federal lawsuit filed by Feel Good Products Company in the District of Colorado that year. URI's products and distributor activity subsequently moved away from the URI International identity, while Nuriche became the more visible network-marketing operation. Nuriche later ceased operating, and LeBaron launched ReZealiant, which continued selling a version of The Feast and other whole-food nutritional products.

The former uriinternational.com website no longer operates, and URI International no longer maintains a distributor enrollment system or public MLM opportunity. David Uri LeBaron remains active in the nutrition industry through Nurico, LLC, a nutritional-product formulation and manufacturing company. Nurico identifies LeBaron as its founder and CEO and continues his work with low-temperature processing of fruit, vegetable, and whole-food ingredients.
