ViaViente is no longer active as an independent MLM company. Youngevity International acquired its assets and distributor organization on March 1, 2018, and ViaViente continues as a nutritional-product brand within Youngevity.

ViaViente was a Plano, Texas-based nutritional-products company founded by Craig Keeland in the early 2000s. The company centered its business on The ViaViente Miracle, a concentrated liquid blend made from whole-fruit purees, herbs and minerals. The product was promoted as a source of antioxidants and naturally occurring vitamins and minerals. Dr. Mark Pedersen served as the product's formulator and later appeared in Youngevity educational materials discussing its ingredients and use.
ViaViente marketed its products through independent distributors and customer referrals. Participants could earn retail profits from product sales and additional compensation based on qualifying sales generated through their distributor organizations. Customers historically needed a referral from an existing customer or distributor to purchase through the company's sales system. After the acquisition, former ViaViente distributors were incorporated into Youngevity's broader multilevel compensation program, which included retail profits, new-customer and distributor bonuses, residual commissions and rank-based incentives.
Youngevity acquired specified assets of Doctor's Wellness Solutions Global LP, the corporate distributor of ViaViente, effective March 1, 2018. The purchase agreement provided for revenue-based payments with a maximum aggregate purchase price of $3 million, plus potential inventory-consignment royalties of up to $750,000. Youngevity reported approximately $1.54 million in revenue attributable to the ViaViente acquisition during 2018. At the time of the transaction, more than 75% of ViaViente's recent product distribution was going to Japan.
