Vision For Life International no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.

Vision For Life International is no longer operating under that name. The Oklahoma nutritional-products MLM was succeeded by Trévo, which was launched by the same founders around 2009–2010 and carried forward the company’s 174-ingredient liquid-supplement concept.

Original Npros business profile for Vision For Life International, preserved below for archival purposes:

company sold nutritional supplements, weight-management products and wellness equipment through independent representatives. In a 2008 filing with the Federal Trade Commission, Vision For Life identified Mark Stevens as its chief executive officer and president and listed its headquarters at 4243 Will Rogers Parkway in Oklahoma City.

The company's flagship product was the Foundation Essentials Power of 3 Complete Health System, a liquid nutritional formula marketed as containing 174 vitamins, minerals, fruits, vegetables, herbs and other nutraceutical ingredients. Vision For Life promoted the supplement as a one-ounce daily health system under the slogan "Drink the power, share the power, live the power." Other products included Body Force vitamins and minerals, Zoji herbal supplements, coral-calcium products and wellness equipment such as the Magne-Pro massage mat.

Vision For Life used a multilevel person-to-person sales structure. Independent representatives sold products and recruited additional representatives into a binary organization. A surviving 2002 distributor advertisement described the plan as "buy one and sell two," with commissions paid daily. That advertisement promoted potential earnings of as much as $500 per day, but no company income disclosure establishing typical participant earnings was located. A complete official version of the former compensation plan is no longer publicly available.

The company operated in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and the Philippines. Contemporary materials also document activity in Nigeria and other international markets. Vision For Life was still operating in 2008, when it submitted comments to the FTC regarding the proposed Business Opportunity Rule.

Mark and Holli Stevens subsequently established Trévo LLC. Federal records state that Trévo was founded in 2009, while BBB records list an incorporation date of October 20, 2009, and a business start date of November 1, 2010. The transition was effectively a relaunch of the Stevens' nutritional MLM under a new name rather than an unrelated venture. A 2015 Direct Selling Association directory listed the company as Trévo but carried forward Vision For Life's 1998 founding date, founders, international history and description of the 174-ingredient Power of 3 formula.

Trévo continued the liquid-supplement concept with a product bearing the company name. The current Trévo website sells an updated formula containing more than 174 ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, fruits, vegetables, digestive enzymes, supergreens and a mushroom blend. As of July 2026, two 16-ounce bottles were priced at $60, with discounted recurring subscriptions available. The current U.S. website emphasizes direct online purchases, subscriptions, customer rewards and referral points rather than publicly promoting the former Vision For Life binary compensation plan.

Trévo later became involved in a federal civil-forfeiture matter concerning money received through third-party transactions in Nigeria. In August 2018, Trévo, Mark Stevens and Holli Stevens agreed not to contest distribution of $610,800 in seized funds to six alleged fraud victims. The government alleged that proceeds from romance and email fraud schemes had entered bank accounts controlled by Trévo. The company and its principals did not admit participation in the underlying fraud, and the settlement avoided further litigation over ownership of the seized money.
