Original Npros business profile for Vision International People Group, preserved below for archival purposes:

Vision International People Group was founded by Dmitry Buriak on July 14, 1996, as an international health and wellness network marketing company. Headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus, the company built a substantial distributor organization across Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and other international markets. Vision International People Group Public Limited was formally registered in Cyprus on September 26, 1997. By 2013, the company operated in approximately 20 markets with about 150,000 independent salespeople and 430 employees. Direct Selling News reported $95 million in 2012 net sales and $96 million in 2013, placing Vision No. 85 on its 2014 Global 100 list.

Vision specialized primarily in dietary supplements, vitamins, herbal formulations and cosmetics marketed through independent distributors. Its long-running supplement lines included Classic Hit, Direct Hit and LifePac Junior, with products such as Antiox, Detox, Nutrimax, Pax, Sveltform, Chromevital and Junior. Vision began working with French phytopharmaceutical company Arkopharma in 1998, which manufactured many of its nutritional products. The company later expanded into additional health, beauty and personal-care products. Vision's compensation plan combined retail sales with multilevel commissions and leadership bonuses. Distributors could purchase products at discounts of up to approximately 40%, while company materials stated that approximately 56% of company turnover was allocated to distributor commissions, excluding certain bonuses and awards. The plan included retail profits, recommendation bonuses, unilevel commissions and leadership incentives such as VIP, Infinity, Star Maker, Master and SuperStar bonuses.

In 2017, Freedom International Group acquired the Vision business from Buriak. The operation was subsequently repositioned as Project V, and Freedom ended Vision's previous manufacturing relationship with Arkopharma in favor of new manufacturing arrangements, including Trading Point Groupe Elite Pharm in France. Project V retained recognizable elements of the former Vision product portfolio, including the Classic Hit and Direct Hit lines, while introducing updated formulations, packaging and additional nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products. Freedom International Group continues to operate Project V as an international health and beauty direct-selling brand with more than 40 products manufactured primarily in France and Switzerland.

The original Vision International People Group Public Limited entity did not survive the restructuring. Cyprus records show the company entered creditors' voluntary winding-up in 2018, with a creditors' meeting scheduled for May 31, 2018, and its legal-entity record now lists the company as inactive. Vision was also named in U.S. civil litigation connected to the Derivium Capital stock-loan fraud. In 2016, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed dismissal of claims against Vision International for lack of personal jurisdiction. The court noted that two Vision employees had engaged in activities connected with the loan program, but found no evidence that they acted on Vision's behalf or within the scope of their employment.

Vision International People Group's products are manufactured in strict conformity with GMP international standards. They are officially certified and registered in all the countries where the Company has its operations. Vision International People Group's main strategic partner is Arkopharma, the largest pharmaceutical concern in Europe, in cooperation with which Vision has built Nutripharma, its own plant in Ireland. The Millenium Alliance line of cosmetic products is manufactured by Fareva Group
