The Vi-Tel Wireless has a uni-level compensation plan that rewards the sales team builder and also the individual who prefers to only be rewarded for their personal sales efforts. This includes the ability for a representative to be promoted to the top of their compensation scale solely on his or her personal sales efforts with no recruiting of other sales representatives required.
