Warm Spirit no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company. Last update Monday, June 29, 2026
Warm Spirit was a natural beauty, wellness, and personal-care direct-sales company founded by Nadine Thompson and Daniel Wolf in the late 1990s. The company marketed nature-based body care, aromatherapy, vitamins, herbal remedies, soaps, lotions, shampoos, and related wellness products through a national network of independent consultants, with a business model focused heavily on empowerment and entrepreneurship for women, particularly African-American women.
Warm Spirit grew substantially in the early-to-mid 2000s, with published reports describing tens of thousands of consultants and annual sales in the mid-eight figures. The company later disappeared from the active direct-sales market, and Black Enterprise later described Thompson’s departure from Warm Spirit as following a hostile takeover in 2007. Thompson subsequently founded Soul Purpose, another beauty and lifestyle direct-sales company. The original warmspirit.com opportunity no longer appears active, and no current public distributor enrollment or operating Warm Spirit MLM site was identified.
Original Npros business profile for Warm Spirit, preserved below for archival purposes:
From company website:Warm Spirit is not much like your average corporation, and not even much like your average beauty and wellness company. Started by two friends--one black, one white, a man with a business and arts background, a woman with a social change and activism background, Warm Spirit came into being just two years ago. In that time, we expanded our business, our product line and our all-important team of independent consultants. What hasn't changed is our commitment to serve women of color, all women and all people, with superior botanical products and our belief that a strong and diverse and self-actualized body of Consultants is our greatest strength.
