Warm Spirit was a natural beauty, wellness, and personal-care direct-sales company founded by Nadine Thompson and Daniel Wolf in the late 1990s. The company marketed nature-based body care, aromatherapy, vitamins, herbal remedies, soaps, lotions, shampoos, and related wellness products through a national network of independent consultants, with a business model focused heavily on empowerment and entrepreneurship for women, particularly African-American women.

Warm Spirit grew substantially in the early-to-mid 2000s, with published reports describing tens of thousands of consultants and annual sales in the mid-eight figures. The company later disappeared from the active direct-sales market, and Black Enterprise later described Thompson’s departure from Warm Spirit as following a hostile takeover in 2007.
