YouthJuice is no longer active as a direct sales company.

YouthJuice (Formerly Our World Network) is no longer active as a direct-selling company. YouthJuice was the flagship nutritional beverage brand of Our World Network Inc., a Vancouver, British Columbia-based network marketing company founded by Robert "Bob" Edwards and Lynda Perry. Our World Network was operating by the mid-2000s and developed its business around nutritional and wellness products sold through independent distributors. By 2010, the company was concentrating heavily on the YouthJuice brand and described the products as available exclusively through its independent business owners. The corporate operation was subsequently renamed YJ Sciences, Inc., with Canadian trademark records documenting the transfer of the Youth Juice trademark from Our World Network to YJ Sciences effective May 24, 2011.

YouthJuice was a concentrated nutritional beverage made from seven berries and three sea vegetables: elderberry, red raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, boysenberry, blackcurrant, cranberry, kombu fucoidan, bladderwrack and sea lettuce. The company stated that each 25-ounce bottle incorporated approximately seven pounds of berries. A related formulation, YouthJuice Restor, added 18 vitamins and minerals. Other products marketed during the company's history included nutritional supplements and wellness formulations, while YouthJuice remained the principal brand around which the opportunity was built. Company marketing emphasized antioxidants, immune support, energy, metabolism, digestion and general wellness.

YJ Sciences operated through independent distributors known as Brand Partners. Enrollment itself was promoted as free, although Brand Partners paid a $35 annual fee, and participation in most of the compensation program required at least 100 Personal Volume every four weeks. The company used a multilevel compensation plan that included retail profits, Preferred Customer bonuses, downline commissions, incentive trips and a vehicle program. Surviving company materials also identify a YouthJuice unilevel compensation program, while later company information describes the plan as binary, indicating that the compensation structure was revised during the company's operating history.

The company incorporated a charitable component into its marketing under the theme "Doing Well by Doing Good." Through its YJ 4 Kidz initiative, YJ Sciences stated that 50% of annual corporate profits from YouthJuice sales would be directed to charities supporting children's medical research. The earlier Our World Network organization also operated the Our World Foundation around similar charitable objectives.

Our World Network also had a notable product-safety issue before YouthJuice became its primary brand. In December 2006, the company voluntarily recalled its Sleepees herbal sleep aid after an independent distributor reported laboratory findings indicating the presence of undeclared estazolam, a prescription benzodiazepine. Health Canada classified the matter as an unacceptable risk to health and noted that the product had no market authorization. The affected product had been distributed in British Columbia, Alberta and the United States. The recall concerned Sleepees rather than YouthJuice.

The YouthJuice business ultimately disappeared through a series of corporate changes rather than a publicly announced MLM shutdown. On February 6, 2014, YJ Sciences, Inc. changed its corporate name to Triple Ripple Nutrition, Inc. in British Columbia. Triple Ripple Nutrition was subsequently dissolved by the British Columbia Registrar of Companies on September 17, 2018. Bob Edwards, identified as president and director, filed an application in July 2019 seeking restoration of the corporation. By that stage, however, YouthJuice was no longer operating as a recognizable network marketing opportunity.

The intellectual-property record also reflects the brand's disappearance. The U.S. YOUTH JUICE trademark was cancelled in December 2019 after continued-use documentation was not filed. The Canadian Youth Juice registration remained in the name of YJ Sciences but was ultimately expunged on May 25, 2023 for failure to renew. The former youthjuice.com website no longer operates as the original YouthJuice direct-selling business.
