ZeroPoint Global is no longer active under its original name, but the business continues as pureVibranz. ZeroPoint Global was a Las Vegas, Nevada-based health and wellness network marketing company launched by Rick Bergen in 2007. The operating company was identified in its materials as ZeroPoint Marketing Ltd., with headquarters at 9101 West Sahara Avenue, Suite 105-A17, Las Vegas, Nevada. Bergen served as CEO, with Marvin Higbee as president and Andy Nakashima as vice president of operations. The company built its business around what it called ZeroPoint Technology and "Human Blueprint Frequencies," claiming that specific frequencies could be embedded into physical products and used to bring the body's energetic systems into balance. Surviving company presentations identify Bergen as the person who launched ZeroPoint Global after working with doctors and researchers in areas related to frequency and energetic wellness.

ZeroPoint Global's original products included ZeroPoint Pendants, Frequency Discs, NaturaLaser pointers, H2O NRG water bottles, Earth Hearts, Intention Discs and the Aqua Purification System. The product line later expanded to include Sirius Balance Pendants, Citrus Silk and Mint Matrix Oil Vera products, Sirius Silver, AUM Clay, AUM Crystal and other products marketed for energetic wellness and protection from electromagnetic fields. Company literature claimed that its pendants and other products contained embedded frequencies intended to support various body systems. These were company wellness claims rather than FDA-approved medical claims; ZeroPoint's own technical literature stated that the information had not been evaluated by the FDA and that its products were not intended to treat disease.

ZeroPoint Global operated through independent Wellness Consultants using a binary multilevel compensation plan. A basic Wellness Consultant kit cost $49, with an annual fee of $25, while product packages allowed new consultants to enter at higher ranks. A 2009 company compensation document listed a $199 Basic Product Package and larger fast-advancement packages. Managers could qualify to receive 10% of business volume on the lesser binary team, along with 30% on personally sponsored activity, a 10% second-level matching component and participation in a 3% Manager Bonus Pool. The broader plan also included retail commissions, Quick Start bonuses, team commissions, matching-level and generational bonuses and additional bonus pools. Historical enrollment packages eventually ranged from approximately $49 to $1,899.
