In late 2014, ZoiVi was rebranded as NuViza. NuViza is also no longer active.

ZoiVi International was a North Carolina-based health and wellness network marketing company founded around 2010ΓΆβ'¬"2011 by Ahmad Evaji, who served as founder and CEO. The company was initially headquartered in Graham, North Carolina, before much of its distributor activity shifted toward the New York City market. ZoiVi promoted a mission centered on improving "health, wealth and relationships" and distributed nutritional products through an independent network marketing salesforce. Its North Carolina address was 305 W. Harden Street, Suite 2, Graham, North Carolina 27253. The Better Business Bureau opened a file on the company in November 2012.

ZoiVi marketed dietary supplements primarily focused on detoxification, weight management, energy, digestion and general nutrition. Its product line included DTX, a cleansing and detoxification formulation; Burn, a weight-management supplement; FastFood, a nutritional protein and meal-replacement powder; TrueBoost, an energy product; TrueComplete, a vitamin and mineral supplement; TrueKids, a children's nutritional formulation; and EMZ, a digestive-enzyme supplement. EMZ included digestive enzymes, antioxidant ingredients and a probiotic/prebiotic blend. The company later introduced 10GO, a coffee-based beverage containing ingredients including ganoderma and ginseng. ZoiVi USA Inc. filed federal trademark applications for both ZOIVI and 10GO in February 2014.

ZoiVi operated through a binary multilevel compensation plan that paid retail commissions, personal referral commissions, team commissions and additional bonuses. New representatives paid approximately $49 for membership, while optional product starter packages ranged from approximately $341 to $1,121. Representatives built two sales organizations within the binary structure and earned team compensation based on qualifying volume. The business combined direct product sales with recruiting and development of an independent distributor organization.

In late 2014, ZoiVi was rebranded as NuViza. The successor company retained Ahmad Evaji as founder and CEO and continued selling many of the same health and weight-management products. NuViza's product portfolio included DTX, BurnX, EMZ, O.N.E., Genki, 10GO, EGO and GIA. The compensation program was also revised: NuViza used retail commissions and a unilevel residual structure, with affiliates qualifying at different personal-volume levels and advancing through a series of distributor ranks. Contemporary company materials described the change as a continuation of a business dating to 2011, while the NuViza domain and corporate branding were introduced in 2014.

NuViza remained active through at least 2016, but ultimately disappeared as an operating network marketing company. The former nuviza.com domain is now offered for sale, as is the original zoivi.com domain.
