Arbonne named Christina Snyder chief growth officer, a newly created role. She will lead the sales organization, growth strategy, and business-model innovation for independent consultants, and she will report to chief executive Tyler Whitehead. She will be based in Irvine, California.
Snyder was previously chief revenue officer at Boon Supply and has more than 15 years in leadership and sales, including direct selling and consumer goods. Whitehead said she has a record of building entrepreneur teams and accelerating sales. Snyder said she would support sales leaders and expand the brand across geographic, demographic, and digital fronts.
The appointment adds a C-level growth seat at a company that is part of Groupe Rocher. It is a leadership change, not a product introduction.
