Asea reshaped its executive team and said the changes were meant to support a faster growth phase. President Jarom Webb moved to vice chairman of the board of managers and left day-to-day operations. In that role he will oversee strategic direction and long-term growth.
Scott Alred became president while remaining chief operating officer, covering science, regulatory work, product development, and global infrastructure. Chief financial officer Dave Wall added the title of executive vice president, with support for information technology and human resources. Ben Tyler, already corporate secretary, was promoted to chief legal officer, overseeing legal, international development, and associate conduct and education.
Chief executive Chuck Funke said the roles were filled from inside the company. Founder and chair Tyler Norton endorsed the same four executives.
