The Beachbody Company's board voted on December 14, 2022 to expand from seven to eight directors and appoint Ann Lundy as a director effective January 3, 2023. Lundy was also named chair of the board's audit committee.
Lundy has served as senior vice president of corporate finance and internal audit at Activision Blizzard since November 2021, after serving as its vice president of internal audit. She previously was senior vice president and chief accounting officer of Internet Brands and spent 15 years at Mattel in finance and strategy leadership roles.
