The Beachbody Company appointed Kristin Frank to its board, effective November 24, 2021. Frank is chief executive of AdPredictive, a customer-intelligence platform that uses data and machine learning in marketing. She brings more than 20 years in data-driven marketing and digital media.
After the appointment the board has seven directors, four of them independent. Co-founder, chairman, and chief executive Carl Daikeler said her background would help as the company tries to widen brand recognition and scale. The company said the addition fits a push for independent directors with different operating experience.
The appointment is separate from the November 15 earnings release, which named other executives but not this director.
