EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- November 10, 2025

The Beachbody Company reported third-quarter net income of 3.6 million dollars, its first net income since becoming a public company in 2021, compared with a net loss of 12.0 million dollars a year earlier. Operating income was 5.0 million dollars, also its first since going public, and adjusted EBITDA was 9.5 million dollars, the company's eighth consecutive quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA.

Total revenue fell to 59.9 million dollars from 102.2 million dollars. Digital revenue was 36.4 million dollars and digital subscriptions fell 18.8 percent to 0.90 million, while nutrition and other revenue was 23.5 million dollars, down from 47.4 million dollars, with nutritional subscriptions of 0.07 million. Gross margin rose to 74.6 percent from 67.3 percent and total operating expenses fell to 39.7 million dollars from 81.8 million dollars. Free cash flow for the first nine months was 13.1 million dollars. The company noted that prior-year results do not reflect the business model pivot it announced on September 30, 2024, and executed in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Co-founder and Chief Executive Carl Daikeler said the turnaround has strengthened the company's financial position and lowered its break-even point, and that the company aims to return to top-line growth and expand distribution into new channels. For the fourth quarter, Beachbody expects revenue of 50 million to 57 million dollars, net income of negative 1 million to positive 3 million dollars and adjusted EBITDA of 5 million to 9 million dollars.
