EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- August 5, 2025

The Beachbody Company, which operates as BODi, reported second-quarter 2025 revenue of 63.9 million dollars, down from 110.2 million dollars a year earlier, as it continued to absorb the effects of its late-2024 shift away from multi-level marketing. Digital revenue fell to 39.7 million dollars from 58.8 million dollars and nutrition and other revenue fell to 24.2 million dollars from 50.1 million dollars. Digital subscriptions declined 18.3 percent to 0.94 million and nutritional subscriptions fell 52.1 percent to 0.07 million.

The net loss narrowed to 5.9 million dollars, including 2.5 million dollars of restructuring costs, from 10.9 million dollars a year earlier, and adjusted EBITDA was 4.6 million dollars, the company's seventh straight quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA. Total operating expenses fell to 50.2 million dollars from 85.9 million dollars, and free cash flow for the first half was 4.1 million dollars.

Co-founder and Chief Executive Carl Daikeler said the company is evolving its marketing and distribution models to reach new channels previously unavailable to it, and expects positive free cash flow for full-year 2025 for the first time since 2020. BODi forecast third-quarter revenue of 51 million to 58 million dollars, a net loss of up to 4 million dollars and adjusted EBITDA of 2 million to 6 million dollars.
