LOS ANGELES, April 25, 2025 --
Herbalife said Lynda Cloud has been elected to its board of directors, effective April 23, 2025.
Cloud previously served as chief executive of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, an online nutrition and health coaching school, and as chief executive of Equal Ed. Earlier she was an executive vice president at K12 Inc., the online education company.
The company also said director Alan LeFevre is leaving the board. The appointment was announced by Chairman and Chief Executive Michael Johnson, who is preparing to hand the chief executive role to Stephan Gratziani.
