LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- May 6, 2026

Herbalife reported first-quarter 2026 net sales of 1.317 billion dollars, up 7.8% from a year earlier and above guidance, and said adjusted EBITDA of 175.7 million dollars also exceeded guidance.

Net income attributable to Herbalife was 61.9 million dollars, or 0.57 dollars per diluted share, while adjusted net income was 69.0 million dollars, or 0.64 dollars per diluted share. On a constant-currency basis, net sales rose 5.4%. Operating cash flow was 113.8 million dollars, and the company said it cut its total leverage ratio to 2.7x and net leverage ratio to 2.1x as of March 31. Results were in line with preliminary figures announced April 14.

Herbalife raised the midpoints of its full-year 2026 constant-currency net sales and adjusted EBITDA guidance and provided second-quarter outlook. The release also noted the April 29 secured-notes refinancing and the April 30 closing of the Bioniq asset acquisition.
